Todd Stroub
Chaplain - Army

Todd M. Stroub enlisted in the Army Military Police Corps., where he retired after 20 years of service. He served in Furth Germany, 615th MO Company; Fort Ritchie, Maryland, 572nd MP Company; Chun Chon, S. Korea 55th MO Company; Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, 58th MP Company where he also deployed to Operation Uphold Democracy (Haiti in 1994); Fort McClellan, Alabama, Charlie Company 795th MP Battalion; Fort Lewis, Washington, 571st MP Company; Taegu, S. Korea, 728th MP Battalion; and Fort Leonard Wood, MO, NCO Academy and 8th MP Brigade.  He performed as a Detachment First Sergeant, Battalion and Brigade Operations Sergeant, Platoon Sergeant, Drill Sergeant, Sr. Small Group Leader (ANCOC), and Law Enforcement Non-Commissioned Officer during his last ten years of service. He was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal (3), Army Commendation Medal (5), Army Achievement Medal (6), Joint Meritorious Unit Award, Army Good Conduct (6), National Defense Service Medal (2), Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korea Defense Service Medal, and Humanitarian Service Medal. 

 

Todd Stroub currently serves as the Resource Management Branch Chief for the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective Services (FPS) Region 6 in Kansas City, Missouri and has been serving the government since his retirement in 2006. Mr. Stroub holds two master’s degrees. One in Business Management, minoring in Human Resources, and one in Organizational Security, minoring in Emergency Management. He is married to Nancy (35 Years) and has 2 grown children all residing in the Kansas City Metro area. 

 

He joined the VFW, Post 4055 in Platte City, MO as a lifetime member in 2023 where he is a member of the Honor Guard and serves as chaplain.
