VFW Post 4055 & VFW District 3 Public Servant - Law Enforcement Officer of the Year - Mark Owen was recognized at the District 3 Awards Banquet on 19 Jan 2025 @ the Eagles Lodge in St Joseph. Left-to-Right VFW District 3 Auxiliary President Jennie Wolfgeher, VFW Department of Missouri Conductress Vicky Garcia, Sheriff Mark Owen, VFW District 3 Commander William (Bill) Prost, VFW Department of Missouri Sr Vice Commander Quincy Myrick. VFW Post 4055 & VFW District 3 Middle School Teacher of the Year Cheryl Madill - Photo was taken & District 3 Awards Banquet 19 Jan 2025 @ Eagles Lodge in St Joseph, MO Trophy & Cake Honoring Sheriff Mark Owen as Law Enforcement Officer of the Year. Eagle presented to post that has the most participants at the quarterly meetings. Vietnam Commemorative Flag bestowed to the post by the Platte Purchase DAR. Certificate that was presented along with Flag to the DAR. Description of items on the Vietnam Commemorative Flag Certificate received by the post for its participation in the Military Honors program
